30x30 Initiative

The 30x30 Initiative is a national effort to increase the representation of women in law enforcement leadership to 30% by 2030. Focused on expanding opportunities, breaking barriers, and promoting equitable career advancement, this initiative brings together agencies, stakeholders, and aspiring leaders with resources, education, and collaborative support to accelerate leadership inclusion and build a more diverse, effective law enforcement profession.

NAWLEE Mentoring Program

The NAWLEE Mentoring Program connects emerging leaders with seasoned law enforcement professionals to provide early career guidance, strengthen leadership capacity, and increase retention and job satisfaction. By fostering meaningful mentor-mentee relationships grounded in experience, trust, and open dialogue, the program supports knowledge transfer, professional growth, and long-term success—while also offering agencies access to expert insight and technical assistance across public safety, crime reduction, and community policing disciplines.

CRI-TAC (Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center)

CRI-TAC, a national initiative supported by the U.S. Department of Justice’s COPS Office, provides law enforcement agencies with no-cost, customized training and technical assistance designed to strengthen operations, build community trust, and advance evidence-based practices. By engaging agencies in collaborative problem-solving with subject matter experts, CRI-TAC helps leaders implement practical reforms, enhance organizational performance, and address challenges with sustainable, data-driven solutions tailored to their needs.

Elevate Blue

Elevate Blue is a national law enforcement training initiative developed through a partnership including the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), NAWLEE, and other leading organizations. Designed to address contemporary challenges in law enforcement, Elevate Blue delivers accessible, virtual training that incorporates research, emerging best practices, and diverse perspectives to enhance agency performance, leadership skills, and community outcomes.

VALOR Initiative

The VALOR Initiative is a national program funded by the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance dedicated to enhancing the safety, wellness, and resilience of law enforcement professionals. VALOR provides no-cost training, research, and resources that support survival-based tactics, officer well-being, and long-term career sustainability, empowering agencies and individuals with practical tools and strategies to navigate risk and build stronger, healthier organizations.
