Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. NAWLEE does not store full credit card information. Payment processing is governed by Stripe’s terms and policies.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, deadlines, and transferability are determined by the event’s posted policy. NAWLEE reserves discretion in issuing refunds.
4. Conference Code of Conduct
NAWLEE events are professional environments committed to respect, inclusion, and safety.
Prohibited conduct includes:
• Harassment or discrimination
• Disruptive behavior
• Unauthorized recording or distribution
• Threatening or unsafe actions
NAWLEE reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for violations of this Code.
5. Photo, Video & Media Release
By attending a NAWLEE event or participating in programs, you grant NAWLEE the irrevocable right to:
• Photograph, record, and film you
• Use your image, likeness, voice, and name
• Publish such content for educational, promotional, and organizational purposes
This release applies across digital, print, social media, and marketing platforms without compensation.
*If you are credentialed media, additional written agreements may apply.
6. Speaker & Educational Disclaimer
Conference sessions, panels, and training materials represent the opinions of speakers and do not necessarily reflect official NAWLEE policy.
NAWLEE does not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, or agency changes resulting from participation.
Information provided is educational in nature and not legal, medical, or financial advice.
7. Mentorship & Program Participation Disclaimer
Participation in mentoring programs or leadership initiatives does not create:
• Employment relationships
• Legal advisory relationships
• Professional liability on behalf of NAWLEE
Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
8. Vendor & Exhibitor Terms
Vendors and exhibitors agree to:
• Comply with venue policies
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Indemnify NAWLEE against claims arising from their products, services, or conduct
NAWLEE is not responsible for:
• Vendor product performance
• Loss or damage to vendor property
• Disputes between vendors and attendees

9. Partnerships
Formal partnerships require a signed written agreement. Use of NAWLEE’s name, logo, or branding requires prior written authorization.
NAWLEE reserves the right to revoke partnership recognition if conduct conflicts with its mission or ethical standards.
10. Scholarships
Scholarship awards:
• Are discretionary
• May include additional eligibility requirements
• May be revoked if conditions are not met
Awards are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

12. Force Majeure
